Answer: Managing projects is supposed to be very important as it helps in increasing the efficiency of the entire organization. While studying about different values and principles of operations management of an organization, I found it very significant that projects need to be managed in a synchronized manner to increases the effectiveness of the association. Throughout my study regarding the managing of the projects, I have learned a lot regarding the managing of the projects which are carried out within an organization and moreover, effective leadership is of great importance as it helps in the adequate management of the respective projects. The crucial thing is to recognize the preferred importance of the project management identify the issues coming between the execution of a particular project. The manager is considered to be the one who executes a lot of responsibility in bringing out the success for the concerned project. As per my knowledge on the operations, management, it is evident to make the use of the skills and the talent of the employees for managing the ongoing project as it will help in maintaining the overall quality of the project. The overall study of project management has helped in enhancing my skills and knowledge regarding the completion of the different projects with adequate quality and this is important in order to find the best careers in managing field. I came across many of the crucial points while studying on the topic of project management, some of the points reflected that focus on the discipline of the operations management is crucial as it helps in evaluating the effectiveness within the concerned workplace. While working on a particular project, it is evident to know the actual requirements of the project as this will help in carrying out the project with great quality. Moreover, it also reflected that the employees working with the particular firm and on the same topic need to collect required information regarding the concerned project. There needs to be a group of certain numbers of the employees for the execution and completion of a particular project. There need to be leaders within the team members with excellent leadership qualities as it will help in running the project as required in the perfect way. Moreover, the employees working on the same project should be allotted different tasks which must be completed within the provided timeframe. I feel that the employees or the staff members working on a particular project need to recognize the issues which may affect the execution of the project as this will help to improve the core areas with great quality. This entire study on the disciplines of Operations Management helps in providing wide varieties of opportunities to jobs as well as careers. The study on operations management evaluates the desired fact there are certain disciplines such as information management, strategy, marketing, logistics management and many others which will help in increasing the effectiveness of careers in management for the respective candidates. The leader should retain the core skills of managing the team members regarding the execution of the project. While studying the subject of operations management, I found that the core areas need to be followed in order to maintain the effectiveness of the concerned ongoing project. The research study provides ideas related to managing the projects in an effective way which is very crucial for developing a good career in management. Over last few months, I came across the disciplines of operations management which provides complete knowledge for developing better career in management and also offers knowledge to handle the management process. There are some of the other elements of project management such as project time management, cost management, quality management etc. the financial resources plays the major role in successful completion of the respective projects. I also gathered much relevant and important informations regarding the collection of the resources and their utilization. I also worked on some of the other areas to enhance my own knowledge on managing the different projects with great ease. The leaders play the most vital role to increase the efficiency of the concerned project and they should understand the needs of the team members associated with the ongoing project. There needs to be collaboration with the team members and more significant is to enhance the communication process. The enhancement of the communicational skills will help to convey the desired message to each team member to the other regarding the evaluation of the concerned or particular project. On the whole, the concept of project management provides and helps in gathering complete knowledge regarding developing the solutions to the issues which comes while executing projects and is helpful in good jobs in management field. There are different activities which should need to be considered while carrying out the entire project and moreover, the different operations involved in the p rocess should be analyzed with the required facts and figures as to enhance the managing process within the firm concerned. Therefore, the topic of managing projects has helped me in gathering and collecting the wide range of knowledge and information's regarding operations management.
